Refund and Returns Policy

Because many Red Clay Shop orders are custom, made to order, or produced specifically for a customer request, return and refund decisions may depend on the type of item and the nature of the issue.

Custom-order items

Custom or personalized items are generally not eligible for return simply because of preference changes, sizing choices, or order changes after approval. Customers should review order details carefully before final confirmation.

If there is a problem with your order

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a clear production issue, contact Red Clay Shop as soon as possible at redclayshopco@gmail.com and include your order details plus photos if needed.

Resolution process

  • We review the order details and the issue reported
  • We may request photos or additional information
  • If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, or another reasonable resolution depending on the situation
